Excellent service in terms of updates on the expected delivery date to the store where I picked up the item. The lead time was a bit longer than I might of hoped but I was warned of that as soon as the order was placed and so not a great problem. Excellent value for money - about half the price of other quotes I had for the identical item.

In need of a replacement timer for my central heating, I found MyTub offering the keenest price, apart from their shipping cost to me here in France. Not to worry, I found a cheaper shipper and MyTub were more than happy to oblige, including prompt email exchanges to coordinate collection by my preferred shipper. The admin staff kindly brought forward the 1 month long delivery time so that we could receive our bath before Christmas. Unfortunately it didnt arrive on said date, so had to wait until the store opened after New Year. Although the product was good value for money, the free delivery that attracted us to the website in the first place was outweighed by the long wait for the product. All members of staff we spoke to were helpful and polite.
