It is disappointing that you refuse to post small items when I was happy to pay internation postage with signature / insurance. The cost of sending 3 small items that would basically fit into an envelope is extremely high and to insist on courier service is disappointing.

Thanks to you all. Fantastic service !
My cabinet arrived exactly as stated but had an obvius manufacturing fault. You went out of your way to resolve the problem and kept me updated with progress.
Everything was done so as not to inconvenience me.
I really don't see how you could improve on your Customer Service.
It's been a pleasure doing business with you.
I shall definitely be back.

We had quite a complex order, and both Karen and Deborah could not have been more helpful, even after we made changes at the last minute.
