I received the part next day and the part works. It is an obselete part so I did, there can be no doubt whatsoever, pay an inflated price. I am glad, however. to have the part and there are only a few left in the country so we’ll done Mytub. It arrived in a manufacturer’s box, well packaged. I have the part an I-76 controller and my Uponor underfloor wet central heating system is working. I am grateful to mytub for having the part, and I must say the staff were extremely polite and kind and pushed through at speed the order. I did pay £12 to get it in the 1-2 day delivery facility and in fact it arrived the next day. Super chuffed. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I’m not easy to convince with these type of transactions. Faith buoyed up. Thank you, indeed, Mytub. JHJ

I found your staff exceptionally helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Rachel went out of her way to help me and I am glad to say that the item was delivered early on the Friday which allowed me to sort out my bathroom before our guests arrived. Your service was very good and friendly, my only problem was finding you in the first place! The Johnson Controls network was almost impossible to work through as I did not know the part numbers of the replacement parts for my old Penn range items.
Also the name "Mytub" did not at first register in my mind as a supplier of JC parts.
However, having found you I shall be pleased to use your company for my future needs!
