I had a really tricky part to order, after speaking to many suppliers including the part manufacturer My Tub were the only people to provide any useful help. The product was good but it took a very long time to arrive. I think it was the best part of two weeks. I would have thought that this would have arrived in no more than twothree days.

Delivered when stated and all present and correct.
One minor concern - as with a previous order for the same part, the Securing Pin did NOT have a screw slot as shown in the diagram and description. I was able to use the previous pins, in which I had had to cut screw slots.
