I was very impressed with the rapid response to my order.
I do have some comments regarding the ordering system on the website.i found it very confusing when you wished delivery to a local pickup centre.
After asking for this delivery arrangement it still asked for ones own home address as delivery address. I needed to ring your office whilst on the computer for guidance.

Hi yes I received it many thanks. Only one problem I thought the basin was included! I thought it was a very good price!!! Obviously too good to be true. ordered two parts one was wrong when delivered. Phoned office they ordered correct part and it was delivered next day. Things do go wrong and it shows how good a company is in how they put it right in this case top marks. Will use MyTub again Great Service.

Considering the value of my item plus the fact it was of heat resistant glass, I was amazed upon collecting it from Plumb centre how poorly protected it was.
It just had one wrap of bubble wrap around it, my son collected it for me and to him because the glass was intact he signed for it.
But when I unwrapped it one of the fixing lugs was bent and I had to straighten plus the facial chrome has scratch marks on it that show in place.
I had enough hassle trying to find a replacement in the first place and could not face any more to put that right.
Had it been packed between 2 pieces of strong material I could well have received it in good condition. Not very happy.
