It was my first time, buying an item from MyTub. I was very pleased with the efficiency with which the order was handled and the speed with which the item was delivered.

Toilet seats were poor quality. Dont think they were genuine roca toilet seats as advertised.

Hello
I have spoken with the delivering branch and these are indeed genuine Roca products.
You are very welcome to return them for a full refund.
I will be calling Roca today to give them your feedback and ask their comments.

Thank you for your excellent service! My items arrived in good order and in a timely fashion. The price was competitive and your brilliant staff even managed to discount the shipping below the original quote. You made what could have been a difficult and expensive international transaction simple and pleasant. I will tell my friends.
