Excellent service. Managed to quickly source a rather obsolete part that others could not. Delivered very promptly.

Very helpful and accomodating, but a little difficult to contact directly via email, except through the notes page. Altogether a very positive experience however.

I ordered parts for a Baxi wall heater a couple of weeks ago and eventually the parts arrived, Baxi was very slow in sending the goods but Samantha from mytub kept me informed all the way. Very good service from mytub, not so good from Baxi.
