Despite the fact that the order was delivered at seven days and I thought it would only take about 2 days, as soon so the staff knew there was a problem they could not have been more polite and helpful to ensure I got my product. Well done and thank you!

Ordering was good but the delivery took 20 days due to carrier probs and poor packaging resulting in damage. All sorted out and communication was good.
Thanks,

Our initial order was mislaid by the carrier and therefore arrived later than predicted. However I have been very impressed by your handling of the whole matter. Prompt action and excellent feedback. Well done.

Thank you to "mytub" for their promptness, efficiency in delivering exactly what was ordered, on time and at a price matched sum from another supplier who was not able to deliver by the required date.
"Mytub" did exactly what they said they would do and well done to the staff who helped.
