Item received 3911 instead of 31811. Waited in for 3 days in order to
sign for item as we have no near neighbours. Not at all impressed with
UK Mails delivery service. Jeanette and Christine at MyTub very helpful tho, and always pleasant throughout.

The wrong address was put on the delivery paperwork. Fortunately the driver phoned for directions.
Otherwise a smooth transaction.

The item I ordered was finally delivered after a substantial wait.

Delivery was later and was delivered to the wrong address despite our address details being all over the paperwork and parcel.
