Highly recommended! Very helpful by email when I asked questions about the products. Deliveries were made when promised. Would definitely come back in the future.

Thank you very much, your order came today, excellent service. I am very impressed with your helpful and prompt service. You have dug me out of a hole of my own making.

Unfortunately, despite adding a note for the item to be left with a neighbour at the time of my order, and having received conformation of my note from MyTub, the item was still taken back to the depot from whence it came. To rub salt into the wound, Deborah, from MyTub, called me on the morning of delivery to ask what should be done with the item if no one was available to receive it. I wasnt able to take the call at the time and by the time I did return her call, the delivery had already been returned!

The staff were very helpful and let me know exactly what was happening with my order. It would help to let people know that the estimated delivery is an at worse estimate
Thanks

Just what I wanted and at a much better price for the item and the carriage than other suppliers.

The delivery of the product was severely delayed, but through no fault of your own. I must praise your customer service for keeping me updated throughout the delay with regular e-mails. Thank you. On receipt, the product was fine and is now installed.
