After ordering, I was kept upt0 date as it was processed and estimated delivery set. As this was finalised, I was given the actual delivery date the same and it was promptly delivered. The item was as described, undamaged, complete and the price was very good. I am a very happy customer because I shopped around and discovered a good supplier. It is disappointing that you refuse to post small items when I was happy to pay internation postage with signature / insurance. The cost of sending 3 small items that would basically fit into an envelope is extremely high and to insist on courier service is disappointing.
