Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. Very responsive service. My only criticism is that when I went to your agent to pick up the items, I was told that I could have saved several pounds (in fact the cost of the petrol for the journey plus some more) if I had ordered directly from them. A lesson for next time!
