MyTub provided a very good service for a specialist item keeping me fully informed from the initial order through to deliver, which due to the nature of the item took a few weeks. Would happily recommend this company.

Despite an serious error on my first order with MyTub I was suitably relieved to have the matter professioinally and honestly resolved as it was apprantly due to a typing error on your webpages which has subsequently been rectified. I was really concerned when your email gave the delivery date of by 31111. As the part was needed immediately I rang your customer services department on 211011 and this was looked into. I was pleasantly surprised to be told that the part was on its way and would be with methat day which it was. Now fitted and working perfectly. Was pleased with service but would be better if the email gave the correct delivery date to avoid my panic. Thanks.
