To find and order the product I required on the website was very easy. I was kept I formed by email of my orders progress, quickly being given an estimated date of delivery, which was confirmed by a further email. Product arrived on day advised. Toilet seats were poor quality. Dont think they were genuine roca toilet seats as advertised.
