Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler. I can say without a shadow of doubt the ease of dealing with your company was unbelievable, at every turn Your team kept me informed and answered my questions within 1 to 2 hours, you managed to source parts when the manufacturer could not and when you said things would arrive they did. Hi As this was the first time I have used my tub I was not aware of what kind of service I was going to experience ,however I should not have worried as your service and feedback have been first class,although I have a few issues with the product my tub are addressing them and keeping me informed.

Item was as requested and in good condition- (in fact fitted and functioning !)

What more could I ask!
If only the original item(s) sent direct fromTwyfords had been correct and fit for purpose - however that was a very very long and involved stressful "cock up!"- for which I received no apology or feedback
