Very good service. Order status was updated at each stage and was delivered on due date as promised.

Item was good value for money
Waiting time for delivery seemed like forever
Item was packed in a box 40 times the size with no packing value and motor had come out of its box and was bouncing around lucky no damages
I would still recommend company
But try and pick up items from stores next time

Excellent service - we actually got what we wanted, on time delivery and the cost was competitive.
The website was very user friendly and made finding and ordering the product a relatively painless task...much appreciated in a busy school office :- thanks

Many thanks for the prompt efficient service we had almost given up on finding this spare part given its age but luckily you had it in stock
Thanks very much

What a great team of staff you have. Everyone I spoke to went out of their way to be helpful and they managed to supply the part I required even on 20th December!! I will recommend your Company to anyone and everyone I know who is needing the kind of items you supply. With many thanks and best wishes for a successful 2012.
