Apart from a misunderstanding regarding delivery dates, which may have been my fault, your communication was friendly and informative, which we appreciate. We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. Everything handled by My Tub was superb, order placing, order acceptance and delivery schedule exactly as promised and required. Shame their supplier Jaccuzi were not as good, correct bath, but wrong installation instructions and drawing, and I believe incorrect installation kit as well. checked with Christine who arranged correct drawing or something close by, I asked Jaccuzi for information on installation kit, still waiting for a reply. So designed own fitting kit and fitted successfully, plastic front and side panels not as drawing supplied, so not going to use, anyone want a Jaccuzi 1500 bath front and side panel, going cheap !!
