Our order was very slow to arrive, it took over three weeks. Although I was regularly updated on the progress of the order it was far to slow to arrive.

After a mammoth search starting with Bristan for a 5inch Shower Rose Chrome Plated and visiting a number of websites I finally came lucky with MyTub who promptly confirmed it was in stock and so placed an order. Many thanks for the quick email confirmations and delivery this morning at 10am, great service and very pleased. Vivienne

We had quite a complex order, and both Karen and Deborah could not have been more helpful, even after we made changes at the last minute.
