We ordered a toilet seat which we believe is now discontinued, with my tub.co.uk and although it took some time before delivery they kept me informed at all times and the order arrived as promised. I found the service excellent. MyTub were able to re-arrange the expected delivery to a much earlier date to enable me to complete an installation within a time constraint at no extra cost. They were quick to respond to questions and phoned to confirm the delivery time. Product also arrived with no issues.

The processing of the order was very good, with excellent communications over alternative parts etc. The delivery cost was astronomical, and when a massive lorry turned up to deliver a single valve i could understand why. The carbon footprint must have been massive too! Why didnt you stick it in the post

Impressive communication and excellent rapid service.
Would have liked to easily obtain images for a number of items especially baths. Difficult to select without images and more detailed specifications in some sections.
