I ordered a Twyford Barbican basin from mytub because I love this piece and I could not find it here in France.
Mytub was the only company on the web to take international orders so the choice was made.
In a matter of ten days my twyford basin had arrived, in perfect condition because it was packaged extremely well in bubblewrap and wood casing.
These guys are real pros, they also kept me informed with updates to my order pretty much everyday...
If I ever need other pieces I need that I cant find close to home I will go with Mytub again, no hesitation!

The service we received today was exceptional. My requirement was certainly a challenge with a difficult part to source and also an extremely demanding delivery time required but Rachel clearly proved her worth and also her dedication to customer service.Would highly recommend.

Thank you for keeping in touch throughout the process of ordering this obsolete model, from factory in England, to safe delivery, Wednesday as promised, at warehouse in Paisley. I was very suspicious it would not arrive or their would be vagueness as to the order in the warehouse, which would have meant an irate husband, who had made a 25 minute boat journey and motorway drive, calling me to "deal with it". That scenario did not happen and the young gentleman at the warehouse carried the heavy basin to the car boot without being asked. Thank you for your calls on the morning as promised, your frequent e-mails, and your courtesy . Well done team Mytub, and all you kind young people, your Mums should be proud of you. The ordering process was straightforward. Items required were easy to find. Prices were competitive. The part delivery items were recieved promptly, and the remaining item as soon as practicable afterwards. Email communication was clear and thorough.

Many thanks for great service. Other suppliers quoted 5 to 7 days delivery for the gas valve, MyTub had the part delivery in 24 hours. Christine was an absolute star in facilitating the parts supply. So glad I found you on-line

Hi yes I received it many thanks. Only one problem I thought the basin was included! I thought it was a very good price!!! Obviously too good to be true. I need to order the basin to go with it Salgar Motril 8100mm but cannot find it on your website. Please advise me of its code so that i can order it for delivery after Xmas. Many thanks.

I am a bit disappointed if I am honest, If the delivery date was shown to me before I paid, it wasnt obvious enough because I didnt see it. Had I realised it would take 5 or 6 days i.e. you probably didnt have it in stock I would have gone else where.
Added to that, when the delivery driver arrived he didnt waste any time trying to find anyone, there were at least 4 people here at the time, so he didnt leave it in the porch I dont remember seeing a delivery instruction box on the order page either Consequently I had to drive to Hexham to collect it, but the item was still on the van from the day before , so I had to wait until after 3:30pm to get it.
These are two separate problems, each understandable. however together its not great. If you would like more feedback and ideas you are we
