The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. It is appreacheated the time and expertise that your staff gave to my enquiry and are to be highly commended. Good customer service and helpful contact - when it became clear you couldnt supply the original panels I wanted and to be honest, I thought they might have been discontinued you offered me options and quickly processed the new order and partial refund. The service is excellent, once i have confirmed my toilet seat and paid, the parcel service kept me informed until it was delivered. The driver had not been briefed to call ahead as requested and consequently was kept waiting for an hour.
