Excellent customer service, exceeded expectations. Delay was caused by your supplier and then the item went missing in transit - however you were on the case before the estimated delivery date and kept me informed at every stage without prompting. I was happy with the service. The mirror was well packed and arrived safely. The only quibble might be the delivery period. It took some time from order to receipt. Having said that, it did arrive on the day you said it would so it's a minor complaint

The service I received from My Tub can only be described as 1st class. I dealt with Christine and she bent over backwards to help me.
Ordering was painless and I received my order by 10 am the following day.
The web page is both comprehensive and easy to navigate and if you don't see what you want a quick phone call will solve most problems.
I will most certainly used My Tub again without hesitation.
