I have only good to say about the execution of my order. I was kept informed of how my order was progressing, it was delivered within a few days of ordering, and was delivered the on the date I was told and within the time scale on the day. The young lady on the telephone when I first enquired was very helpful and the young man who delivered it was very polite and carried the parcel, which was a sink and quite heavy, into the house. Not very impressed. I ordered a white REGAL slim Line S374001 6L Side Supply, and you have sent me a black Conceala S6216.

Very good products and services, but i think the website design lets you down, spend some money on making it more easier to use, for example you want a shower tray, but you have to go through 20 odd other links,
more pictures and groupings needed. too much options,

Was surprised by the lead time on our order of Twyfords bathroom furniture and sanitary ware but think this is down to Twyfords rather than MyTub. The order processing was very smooth and we preferred to receive the whole order in one delivery and on the date predicted. Delivery was on time and courteous. We especially appreciated the help of the support team to help process a return and credit of a faulty shower tray. Steve really adopted a personal touch to argue our case with Twyford and the refund was effected with minimal effort from us. ...Peter Morris

The availability and the price of this product was second to none. Sadly the delivery service to the pick up depot was not to such a high standard as this very fragile part arrived in a less than adequate envelope broken despite being marked fragile. This was quickly replaced by you and was carefully looked after at the depot. An extra quid or so on better packaging would be better to speed delivery and reduce returns. ...Christopher Collins
