Excellent customer service, good prices and fairly quick. However out of the three towel rails I ordered one was scratched and another leaked. Exchanging was not a problem but obviously we had to pay a plumber to come out again.

First class helpful service. I was looking for a part that may companies had said was obsolete, however MyTub, quickly sourced one and dispatched it. From order to delivery, very smooth, simple and straight forward transaction, would highly recommend. when they say they will do they do - delivery happens costs are good and price check is honoured.
Kept informed at all stages and apologise if something is not quite 100% even though its not critical or detremental.

I purchased a fixing set for an existing shower. I only needed 1 part which to replace a Brocken part. I paid for a large amount of parts that I do not need. The various parts should be available as individual parts.
