The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. While you did not have what I wanted in stock you rang and gave me a date that you would send it after ordering from suppliers.
You further advised it was being sent and the date which I would receive it.
