The MyTub website was easy to use, I found the items I was looking for very easily, and the whole process right through to paying for my goods was very simple. 1st Class service and extremely fast delivery. My local shop said they could not supply replacement coals aerator tubes for my gas fire because they were very fragile and always arrived broken. Well these were extremely well packed on bubble wrap and arrived in first class condition. All the coals matched up exactly with the layout diagram.

OMG the service received from mytub has been amazing. Having ordered the incorrect item Laurie was so helpful in chasing the supplier, copying me in on the regular chaser emails. There are not many companies that provide this level of service today. They did not give up until I had the correct loo seat and fittings. Thank you so much. I cannot recommend highly enough.
