I have only good to say about the execution of my order. I was kept informed of how my order was progressing, it was delivered within a few days of ordering, and was delivered the on the date I was told and within the time scale on the day. The young lady on the telephone when I first enquired was very helpful and the young man who delivered it was very polite and carried the parcel, which was a sink and quite heavy, into the house. Thank you to all concerned and I would not hesitate to use My Tub again.

The original taps ordered were discontinuid and after searches alternatine replacements bathroom mixer taps from other makes were recommended. It is appreacheated the time and expertise that your staff gave to my enquiry and are to be highly commended. Excellent communication system - my order had quite a number of lines on it so several deliveries.
My only small criticism is with the plumb centre order picking - all small items were just dumped into one big plastic bag, thus a large number of pipe fittings, inserts of various sizes etc all loose together in one bag. When we de-kitted and checked the contents to the delivery note there were a couple of shortages.
Again, comms with yourselves was very good during process. Issue resolved as I just walked up to the plumb centre branch and picked up the shortages.
Otherwise, will certainly recommend mytub in the future and likely use yourselves again.
