Very good service but I did not receive all I need for my gas fire. I thought I had ordered a complete set of replacement coals but I only have the loose coals and no fitted coals for front, back and sides of fire. Do I need another order no. for these The fire is on the front of a Baxi back boiler no. 0579299 described by gas engineer as 9 plus years old. I have recently moved into house. Thanks to you all for supplying the item that Robinson Willey told me was unobtainable, promptly. This will enable me to safely use my obsolete gas fire for many more years to come. Thanks again for promptly replacing the first item which was supplied damaged. Please can i suggest that as the item needed to be inspected for suitability, damage, and collected from your local supplier, by myself, due to its fragile nature, that it is supplied in packaging that can be easily opened and resecured to facilitate this. After inspection, the salesman was unable to repackage the item in its original box, and had to provide a different cardboard box.

Thank you I received my order Monday 31 October as notified.
I hope thiis lasts longer than the original bracket which broke a week out of guarantee. I think there must have been a fault and the chrome must have covered up the fault in the casting.
