The product arrived on time and in perfect condition. Messages were left to advise me of progress of my order, couldnt ask for more. I kept the details on the company as I will be placing my next order here. Thank you.

My order was fulfilled on the date originally advised. But of course when I placed the order I didnt expect to have to wait 2 weeks for the item to arrive. I think I should have been warned beforehand about the probable delay. One thing I must comment on though is the excellent system of communication after the order was placed.

Very helpful finding an alternative to an out of production control panel, but the best thing was whizzing it to me next day after ordering very late in the day! Well done!

Very good communication and prompt replies. Slow delivery: order placed on 2nd delivery first stated to be 16th, then confirmed 10th, finally 20th.
