I collected my ordered items from PTS, just around the corner from where I live. Your service has been extremely efficient and reliable. I really appreciate the care that your staff took to identify a way that I could get the items and the courtesy with which they notified me. The item I ordered was not in stock, but I was kept informed about progress and then given a date for delivery. Item has now been fitted and is good.
