I bought a toilet on this website, it was the Twyford E100 bottom outlet close coupled pan with the Twyford E100 Square raised height lever cistern, made for the raised height pan but decided to buy it with the standard E100 bottom outlet pan as its the same as the push button cistern accept it isnt push button, its side lever instead and its great.
This toilet was bought for a friend but had it shipped to my address as he wasnt in and I will need to buy another 3 toilets with this site soon.
When the toilet first came, it was a bit of a pain in the neck to put the cistern on the pan as the screws through the cistern wasnt long enough but the screws werent actually the problem, it was the washer that goes between the pan and the cistern.
I got a new one for my mate and it fitted

It took a bit of time for the goods to arrive, but fortunately they were not urgently required. The delivery invoice had an incorrect street number on it but the delivery man used his initiative and called me, so the goods got delivered. A couple of glitches but nothing that would prevent me dealing with your company again. Thanks.

Great service and assistance from your staff in Whitley Bay they could not have been more helpful. You were however let down badly by the Plumb Centre in Burnt Common near Guildford Surrey. I eventually had to go there to collect the basin because allegedly their driver could not find the house. When the driver returned I asked him what had gone wrong he said he got the first 50 yards along Old Woking Road, his sat nav told him to stop at the takeaway chinese so he did and gave up. Other staff including the manager tell me he was removed f
