Good customer service and helpful contact - when it became clear you couldnt supply the original panels I wanted and to be honest, I thought they might have been discontinued you offered me options and quickly processed the new order and partial refund. Credit where credit is due, recently we have had to use several warranties in our home to fix the cooker, dishewasher and boiler.
