It was wonderful to find a good sized corner basin on your website and the ordering and follow up with staff was successful and efficient. The basin arrived on time. I can recommend the MyTub experience!

I found your website very easy and straightforward and in particular I found the telephone link invaluable in ascertaining the availability of the part and the staff on the phone could not have been more helpful.

I would like to pass on my thanks to Christine and Deb who really got me out of a hole when my original order couldnt be delivered for 3 weeks. They made some phone calls and researched their web content to source me a similar looking product and the end result is that I cant tell the difference between the original product I ordered and the alternative that was delivered. The follow up to make sure the item was delivered for my tight deadline was also a huge reassurance and enabled me to sleep! Thank you so much your help during my crisis was greatly appreciated and the end result is perfect, totally spot on. Thank you.
