Thank you, I have now recieved the complete order, I was relieved that you did a price match after not confirming that your package was not originally complete, even after I specifically asked whether the condenser was included !
Both deliveries came before the delivery date causing my sick wife to get out of bed to let the delivery man dump the parcels just inside the door, she would not have been able to move them if there had been a fire.

I ordered this sink on line and prepaid the cost . I was pleased to see that delivery charges had not been added. The sink was delivered within 10 days directly to our address. All in all, an excellent service which I would means I will definitely use MyTub again.

Excellent service from MyTub.
Pity the toilet seat does not merit such a credit. This is the forth in 10 years, they tend to crack in the middle as the rear supports dont touch the rim of wc as they are set to high.

We did enquire whether there was a more efficient way of you sending a very small product to us in the post so my only suggestion would be a more economic postage price in addition to your standard. Excellent service Prompt response. Keeps you updated at every stage. Couldnt fault it. However I didnt pay attention. Because it showed two items I wrongly assumed two were being supplied . It clearly says the price is for one! Lesson learned, Ill be ordering another.😃
