I initially phoned for information and received very helpful advice, and was able to order the goods online and arrange local delivery at no extra cost. I was most impressed with the service I received from MyTub. The part for my fire is obsolete but you managed to find it. I phonedand texted on three occasions and the ladies I spoke and received texts from were most helpful.
The only minus is more detail about the delivery service used would be appreciated.
