Very efficient service. I requested some parts which sales assistant ordered from manufacturer and sent to me free of charge! They could have easily charged me at least for P&P but chose no to which is extremely rare in this capitalist, profit driven economy! Very happy! thank you very much and all the best with business! Good communications both for estimating delivery time and once order placed. Delivery estimate was 2-3 days from order and the products ordered arrived 2 days after delivery. When I had a query it was answered very quickly. Would happily use MyTub again.
