Hi there,
from the first minute I contacted you regarding my item to receiving, it was a really excellent experience. Your email updates for my order on a daily basis was truly Professional, I just wish all companies conducted their business in this way. It has been my pleasure to have dealt with you
and will deal again in the future,
Regards

I was very impressed with the service you provided. I initially phoned for information and received very helpful advice, and was able to order the goods online and arrange local delivery at no extra cost. This is almost unheard of with online shopping, so thank you very much. I will definitely come back again.

I am pleased with the shower tray as it is a good product at a great price. I was unhappy with the delivery. It was initially set up for the Wednesday then changed to the Thursday. Having been without a boiler for several days, had the runaround from a well known national gas company and a wife threatening to divorce me and emigrate back to her homeland, your swift supply of a part, which mysterious the aforementioned gas firm couldnt source, was extremely appreciated.
In particular, I would like to commend Christine for her help and the urgency she clearly demonstrated. Without her actions we might still be shivering and by now slightly smelly.
With everything back to normal, the one downside is I get to keep the same mother-in-law!
