Many thanks a very good part to improve the operation of our boiler unfortunately it had 1 item missing from the kit the 90 deg elbows please can you also put the customers name on the delivery note. It is installed and working well. you could make people more aware of this part and its benefits

The processing of the order was very good, with excellent communications over alternative parts etc. The delivery cost was astronomical, and when a massive lorry turned up to deliver a single valve i could understand why. Excellent service and communication. Ordered a regulator for Stoves oven which was obsolete, My Tub contacted Stoves for replacement part information. It was cheaper than original item. We searched around the net to find fitting instructions, so less than £25, much cheaper than the £900 we feared! Would highly recommend and definitely use again, thank you!
