Excellent service! Fixing brackets were missing on delivery but the delivery driver found them in his van and came back on SUNDAY. The sink was received in perfect condition which was a surprise as there was virtually no packaging.

After ordering, I was kept upt0 date as it was processed and estimated delivery set. As this was finalised, I was given the actual delivery date the same and it was promptly delivered. The item was as described, undamaged, complete and the price was very good. I am a very happy customer because I shopped around and discovered a good supplier. We ordered three aeration tubes for our gas fire. When they arrived one of them was damaged so we contacted the supplier to explain. Within a very short time we were contacted by Steve who apologised and said that a replacement would be with us the following day which happened right on schedule. We have no complaints. Excellent service and customer care - well done!
