Incorrect picture shown against product, resulting in having to phone mytub to confirm correct item would be sent. Helpful sales advisor confirmed picture was incorrect, but right product would be sent. Website was updated and now shows correct picture for product. Items delivered. Would use mytub again.

Ordered a bathroom cabinet panel on Monday. Received a phone call on Wednesday asking if it would be ok to deliver it that day, which it was. I received it early evening on Wednesday. All in all a first class service and would recommend to everyone.

Good website, very pleased with tap heads as I’ve been told I could no longer get them in Sheffield. Efficient service and updates on my order and delivery. Would recommend this company.

Everything was great. Thank you. Delivery time could have been a bit quicker. Given the Amazon experience we are used to getting things a bit quicker but it was not an issue.
