Lovely company to deal with, although the item went astray, the staff kept me up to date with progress without me having to chase it myself. Item just what i needed, a replacement divert-er saved me having to replace an expensive tap and pay a plumber. would highly recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

We have been very happy with the service from MyTub. We had to replace our boiler at very short notice and MyTub had the best price we could find. The service was excellent in terms of delivery arrangements - everything came very quickly and at the time we were told it would come. Also, communications were excellent - none of the usual experience of phoning one person and finding they knew nothing about what youd discussed with the previous person - everything was seemless. The lid on the loo seat broke but I could not find the correct replacement for ages
Then when I got the right product number I was unsure how to get the old one off
Then I could not source a replacement

Found the right part
Spoke to someone helpful who explained how to remove the old seat and lid which I did while he was on the phone giving instructions
Bought the part, it arrived quickly and is fitted

Great service. Fast and efficient. However, the box the item arrived in was 10 times bigger than the item. The item was marked “fragile” - but there was no packing in the box to prevent it banging about inside it. Photo available if wanted.
