After a mammoth search starting with Bristan for a 5inch Shower Rose Chrome Plated and visiting a number of websites I finally came lucky with MyTub who promptly confirmed it was in stock and so placed an order. Many thanks for the quick email confirmations and delivery this morning at 10am, great service and very pleased. Vivienne

My order was delivered by Plumb Centre, Ipswich on date given. The fragile gaskets were undamaged but could have been better protected with a stiffening layer of cardboard. There was a bonus: 4 reels of PTFE tape which I had not ordered! Any ideas who missed out
Thanks anyway. Regards. Keith

Thank you for seeking my feedback.
The first time the order was sent out parts were missing. Rather than send me the missing parts (weighing about 200 grammes), you sent an entirely new order in a box which is about 3 feet long and 1.5 feet square. And the courier who delivered it refused to take the old order away.
I am now sitting here with a very large box in my office with a brand new toilet seat in it. I would like to know whether I should dispose of it (rather wasteful) or whether you are going to collect it. Please advise. If you do not tell me what to do, I shall keep it for one more week and will then dispose of it.
As to the product itself, it does not fit the toilet well because the hinges raise the seat too far off the bowl, such that the weight is not distributed arou
