The van driver couldnt find our house, so the item ordered was left in Chesterton - a ten mile round trip away. Anyway, we got the item eventually, so problem solved, and were very happy with the goods!

I would like to pass on my thanks to Christine and Deb who really got me out of a hole when my original order couldnt be delivered for 3 weeks. They made some phone calls and researched their web content to source me a similar looking product and the end result is that I cant tell the difference between the original product I ordered and the alternative that was delivered. The follow up to make sure the item was delivered for my tight deadline was also a huge reassurance and enabled me to sleep! Your website was easy to navigate with a huge range of products at excellent prices. I was out when the first delivery was made and no note was left so there was a delay before I called and discovered what had happened. A conservative delivery estimate which is achieved is much better than a shorter estimate not achieved - even if the former actually delivery lead time is longer than the latter i.e. if you say 5 days and it takes 7 days thats worse than saying 10 days and getting it in 10. Ideally of course you would reduce your estimated lead time 10 days to 5, or whatever and still achieve this shorter time.
