Great service and assistance from your staff in Whitley Bay they could not have been more helpful. You were however let down badly by the Plumb Centre in Burnt Common near Guildford Surrey. I eventually had to go there to collect the basin because allegedly their driver could not find the house. It is on one of the main roads in Woking, to get into Woking from Burnt Common 3 miles he has to drive along part of it. I was told the goods were awaiting collection, went and found them still to be in the van on another random walk around Woking. Well it all arrived correctly as agreed.
The actual ordering was not quite as straightforward as we expected. The Company did have a server issue earlier in the day though.

Order received early on the promised date. The toilet bowl was in perfect condition but, rather trivially, the connector bend was covered in black, sticky grains which were quite hard to remove. Took much washing and scrubbing to clean it, but otherwise it was functionally fine.
Found the whole process, from finding what I wanted on the website, to phoning up to clarify some details, through to receipt of goods, to be very straightforward and efficient. Will use Mytub as the first port of call for future purchases.
The delivery man was a real comedian, in the true sense of the word. On a par with Tim Vine for one-liners. Put me in a good mood for the rest of the day.
