Service was first class. E mails confirmed status of the order, & that is exactly what happened. Would use again & recommend

Our initial order was mislaid by the carrier and therefore arrived later than predicted. However I have been very impressed by your handling of the whole matter. Prompt action and excellent feedback. Well done.
