|The valor parts where unavailable but you had an alternative which were just as good and fitted perfectly, the delivery service was good and prompt.
|My radiator was due for delivery on the 30th, which it did not make. I was informed it would arrive the next day, which it did. In this instance the item had a long lead time for delivery which I accepted, maybe it would have been possible to inform me a two or three days before its new delivery date rather than the day before.
|Thanks for your prompt customer service replies and for reorganising delivery to a different address at short notice. The part arrived promptly the next day.
|Just want to thank My tub for excellent service. I ordered a part that has now been declared obsolete by the manufacturer and My tub managed to track down the item and get it delivered to me asap. I was kept informed of the status of my order at all times and I feel I should give special praise to Christine who went above and beyond to source my item and complete my order.
