I have had absolutely outstanding and excellent suport from one of your technical team, Mr. Laurence Fineran, over some basin taps.
His responses and advice have been superb, I cannot praise him enough. Please pass on my thanks.

Thank you for a quick and efficient service. It was especially pleasing to be able to source what must be a rarely ordered, obscure, component. It was also good to do so without the punitive pricing available elsewhere.
