Unfortunately purchase and delivery of my item was not plain-sailing. The order and payment was made on 1st November with anticipated delivery date or 3-5 days. Then an email advised the delivery date would be 20th November...I telephoned to ask why Following my intervention this was followed by another email stating the new delivery date of 12 November. We waited in all day and by 4.45pm no delivery had taken place. I phoned again and this was checked out and yet another email arrived with an apology and note that the item would be delivered the following morning. This did happen at 12.20pm. Barring some slight confusion over a late item which turned out to be delivered on time ! my experience was very positive. Everything arrived when I needed it in the end, and the prices were very reasonable. My one criticism is that some of the pictures on the website are misleading, as they either show the wrong item or additional items which are not in fact included.

It took a very long time to arrive weeks even though I am sure that I read that the product was in stock on purchase. This will probably stop me shopping with you again. This was not a complicated product, and hsould have been with me within three days of purchase.

Excellent customer relations. Kept up to date with regular e.mails re delivery which was appreciated.
The first delivery date offered, was, in my view far too long especially as the order was paid for up front.
However, the actual delivery date was quite acceptable.
Kind regards,
Adele Hemmings
