I have purchased four radiants for a Robinson Willey Firegem 2 fire. My Tub sourced these for me speedily and these were just as expected. I would certainly recommend My Tub for their prompt service. My Tub experienced difficulties in sourcing one item on my order although it was advertised as being stocked on their website. However, I was kept informed at all times of progress in tracking it down and, where estimated times for fulfilment of the order were exceeded, an explanation and revised eta was always forthcoming unprompted. Excellent communications meant that this is a firm I would deal with again without hesitation

Service excellent, no problems with delivery of the items. Happy to recommend. Also happy because parts ordered were for an old fire and many pieces obsolete, yet you still had in stock thankfully! Will definitely use again when need arises.

A very quick and efficient service, especially regarding checking as to whether an item is in stock.
One of my requests was the other was found to be no longer available but that didnt stop MyTub checking to see if it was available from other competitor suppliers. Thats what is called service!
I was kept fully informed as to the ordering, dispatching and delivery of my part.
