Delivered on the day specified, the contact I received from you was second to none I was kept informed all the way through the order. The cheapest I have found anywhere for that toilet so I will be using you in the future. Thank you for an excellent service

I will be completely honest ,i found the ordering and the delivery prety good ,but i found that the communication i received from a lady called christine was brilliant ,the item i ordered was not in stock when it should have been ,and i received messages, informing me of what was going on and when to expect my delivery.
all other companies i usually deal with leave you guessing when your delivery is due .to me communication is everything, how con you plan something when you have no idea where your parts are .

Very pleased with the service from MyTub. Checked that the part that I needed was in stock. Ordered online on Friday and received confirmation of delivery date. The part was delivered on time on Monday morning. Couldn’t be happier.
